At Grim Festival, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on any purchases unless required by applicable law.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

No Returns or Refunds

All merchandise, event tickets, registrations, vendor fees, and other purchases made through Grim Festival are non-refundable and non-returnable.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Accidental purchases

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Weather conditions

  • Delayed arrival

  • Personal circumstances

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review each request and, if appropriate, provide a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.

Event Tickets

All Grim Festival ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event the festival is canceled and refunds are required under applicable law.

Vendor Fees & Registrations

Vendor fees, exhibitor fees, sponsorships, volunteer merchandise purchases, and contest registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
