Submitting a Vendor Application form does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are carefully reviewed to ensure a balanced selection of vendors and an exceptional festival experience.

If your business is selected, you'll receive a Vendor Acceptance email along with the Vendor Agreement Form with payment instructions, event details, and your Vendor Welcome Packet. Booth space is reserved only after payment has been received.

We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who enjoy working with others and want to be part of a one-of-a-kind celebration of books, film, food, and creativity. No previous event experience is required—just a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
